Details of the prize draw

The organiser and provider of the prize draw is Apartment Pirano (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").

The prize draw takes place on IG and FB Sites Apartment Pirano from 04.05.2022 to 08.05.2022 inclusive.

Subject of the prize draw:

The offer includes: Two nights' accommodation for up to 4 people in the Pirano Apartment (read more about the apartment here), including bed linen, towels per person and free parking in the Fornače garage.

The offer is redeemable from 01.09.2022 to 31.10.2022 for up to 4 people. In case of overnight stay for more persons, an extra charge of € 15.00 per person per night applies.

Booking and cancellation

The reservation is considered confirmed when the reservation fee of € 50.00 is paid, which will be taken into account as the final cleaning fee when the apartment is rented. Cancellation is possible 14 days before the agreed date, otherwise the offer is considered as cancelled and the reservation fee is non-refundable.

Mandatory surcharges

A tourist tax of € 2.50 per adult per day and € 1.25 per child from 7 to 18 years per day is payable, as well as a final cleaning fee of € 50.00.

All other discounts available from the supplier are excluded from this promotion.

Arrival is possible after 15:00 and departure by 10:00.

Participants

 The prize draw is open to Allwhich:

- comment on the post with the prize draw on Instagram or Facebook,

- are citizens of the Republic of Slovenia and over 18 years of age,

- meet the conditions for participation set out here.

The prize cannot be transferred to another person.

Participants can increase their chances of winning the prize draw by attracting friends through sharing and commenting. The Organiser does not support spamming in any form. Any spamming by third parties for the purpose of promoting this prize draw is strictly prohibited. The offender shall bear full legal responsibility for this act. The Organiser reserves the right to provide all necessary information regarding the suspected person or act upon request of the public authorities.

The use of any computer code, malicious software or anything else that could interfere with, disable, damage or allow the prize draw to be abused is prohibited. Such conduct may result in the exclusion of the entrant, his/her affiliates or groups of persons from participation in the Sweepstakes and may result in prosecution for damages.

The prize draw organiser accepts no liability for:

- any consequences that any misuse of the prize draw and the prize draw system may cause to the prize draw participants and/or any third party,

- failure of the service due to lack of knowledge of how to use the service,

- the Service is not operational due to network failures of the Contracting Parties, power outages or other technical disruptions that may temporarily, or even for a prolonged period, interfere with the use of the Service,

- any other adverse consequences that the entrant may suffer as a result of participating in the prize draw, provided that such restriction is not contrary to mandatory rules.

The winners of the main prizes in the prize draw will be determined by a random draw involving all eligible entrants. The results of the draw are final. No appeal is possible.

Drawing and prize collection

 The draw will take place on Friday 09.05.2022 and participants will be notified on FB and IG comments about the winner of the prize draw.

The winner must notify the Organiser in writing within 5 days of receipt of the prize notification that he/she agrees to accept the prize (by private message). If the winner does not respond or does not provide the above information and proof within 5 days, he/she will forfeit his/her right to receive the prize, in which case the prize will not be awarded.

In no case may the prize be exchanged for another prize or the cash equivalent thereof be claimed.

The Organiser shall not bear the costs of Internet communication or any other costs incurred by the participant in the prize draw through participation in the prize draw.

The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate the prize draw at any time and without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The Organiser reserves the right to change the rules in order to avoid abuse of the prize draw to the detriment of entrants.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the prize draw shall be settled by the competent court of law in Piran.

Data protection

Data protection The participation of the participant in this prize draw shall be deemed to constitute the personal consent of the individual in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 94/07; hereinafter referred to as "PDPA-1"), for the Organiser to store the participant's data and to process and use it for the purposes of this prize draw and for direct marketing purposes. The personal data obtained will be carefully protected and used by the Organiser of this prize draw in accordance with ZVOP-1 and only for the purpose for which it was obtained and will not be passed on to third parties. The documentation relating to the winner (personal data and tax number) will be kept in accordance with ZVOP-1 and tax and accounting regulations. The winner expressly authorises the publication of his/her name and surname on the prize draw website, on the Organiser's Instagram and Facebook pages, in prize draw emails or other communication channels.

The data will be used by the Contractor for the purpose of the prize draw, the analysis and will not be passed on to third parties. In accordance with ZVOP-1, participants are guaranteed the right to access, copy, copy, amend, correct, block and delete personal data relating to them. The Participant may at any time request, in writing or by telephone, that his/her data be temporarily or permanently no longer used for the purpose of direct marketing. The request shall be sent in writing to the address of the Organiser. No later than 15 days after receipt of the request, the Participant's personal data will cease to be used for direct marketing purposes and the Participant will be informed thereof within a further 5 days. The Organiser shall bear the costs incurred by the Organiser in connection with the execution of the request.

The Organiser shall be solely responsible for the interpretation of the individual articles of these Rules. Any errors in the conduct of the prize draw will be dealt with by the Organiser in a timely manner and in accordance with good commercial practice. In the event of a serious breach of these rules, the Organiser may cancel the prize draw as a whole and repeat the prize draw with appropriate corrections.

Validity of the Rules

These Rules shall apply from the date of adoption and shall be available for inspection by entrants during the Sweepstakes Period. The Promoter may change the rules and conditions of participation in the Sweepstakes. At the same time, the Winners undertake to inform the Users of any changes to the rules in an appropriate manner and in an appropriate place.

Complaint handling All complaints and claims are handled via email at info@apartmapirano.si. In the event of justified complaints, the Organiser undertakes to resolve them as soon as possible and to inform the Participant or, where appropriate, the other Participants thereof.

By entering the prize draw (i.e. by commenting on the Instagram or Facebook post), the entrant agrees to all of the above terms and conditions.
